Manage Customer / Contract Information
CleanSE provides a managable repository of assets that relate to property cleaning and grounds maintenance works. Users have access to display, add, update and delete location location information relating to an establishment, or contracted cleaning program.
CleanSE manages the definition of cleaning tasks and the timings for each. Each establishment, building and room information is used to calculate the timing and costing for every area based on:
- Room type
- Floor area/type
- Frequencies at which cleaning task is performed
- The time required to carry out cleaning tasks at the frequencies defined
- Time required and the appropriate schedule of rates
- Then calculates the price/cost of cleaning the room.
Variation management
