How much does it cost?
CleanSE is sold as ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) offering. This means that we provide the software on our servers and provide it to you as a service through a secure website. All your users need is a computer to access the website - we look after the rest. This provides a cost effective solution as you do not need a complete infrastructure (server, backup solution and so on). CleanSE is offered on a monthly subscription model, on a cost per user per month.
The core solution includes:
- Access to use CleanSE Software
- Ongoing Support by our help desk
- Application Hosting
- On-line User Guide
- Data Backup for DR purposes
- Encryption of data for secure use
You access and use the system using your standard internet browser and as such no need to load any additional software onto your PC. As a consequence of this, there is no need to involve your IT Department either.
The cost of each user depends on the access they require and falls into two categories:
Administration Users - with full access to create and maintain records plus rights to produce reports
Read Only Users – with access to see information within the software. Read only users do not have access to produce reports however.

What happens to the data in my current solution?
We can help with the migration of data from your current solution and populate the information into CleanSE. We will undertake a comprehensive review of your current processes to understand how the data can be transferred and whether there will be any gaps.

Can I have a Demo or Trial?
Yes - we can give you an initial full demo of the product so you can see the full features of the product and how it could work within your organisation. Following on from this demo, many customers want to see the product first hand and as such the next steps would be for us to give you access to the system and work with you as part of a managed trial.
